Policies

Shipping

  • Please allow 1-4 business days for processing.
  • For custom items, please allow 10 days for processing. 
  • Please note that most packages are shipped using USPS & UPS all shipping time frames are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • We now offer low cost shipping via USPS First-Class Mail. This service is to only be used for lip glosses (up to 4). If you have more than 4 glosses in your order please do not select this shipping type as your order will be cancelled. 
  • First- Class Mail does not offer tracking services. Estimated delivery time is 1-3 days and begins on the date postmarked. First- Class Mail is not a guaranteed service. Delivery by a specific date or at a specific time is not available. You will receive an email on the day that your item is shipped. If the item has not arrived after 5 days from its date of mailing, you can document a Mail loss complaint by emailing or calling 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777). If it is located, it will be returned to you. 

Delivery

  • Delivery times frames are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed by KBK.
  • Standard delivery is estimated to arrive within 2-5 business days from dispatch.
  • KBK does not cover packages that are confirmed delivered by the carrier. Please contact your local police department to investigate.
  • Packages that are delayed or lost by the carrier must be rectified with the carrier. Please submit a claim via the carrier's online system.

Returns

  • Returns are not allowed on beauty items.
  • Returns are not allowed on custom items.
  • All other returns must be initiated within 7 days and approved prior to returning.
  • Voluntary returns are the customer's responsibility
  • Returns on orders without error will bear a 50% restocking fee. 
  • Evidence is required for claims of damage, not as described or wrong item received.

Refunds 

  • Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to make any changes including cancellation.
  • Refunds on approved returns will be issued to the original payment method, less any applicable restocking fees.
  • Items deemed lost by the carrier, damaged in transit, or otherwise delivered unacceptable will be replaced. Insurance provided on behalf of KBK and the carrier covers necessary replacements. A refund will be issued in the event that a replacement is unavailable.
  • Incorrect, damaged or faulty items will be replaced upon return. Insurance provided on behalf of KBK and the carrier covers necessary replacements. A refund will be issued in the event that a replacement is unavailable.
